The outcome of the various TIGER action lines, and in particular of the R&D and Pre-Operational activities carried out by the TIGER projects, is a portfolio of services and products customised for the final users. These focus on different aspects of IWRM and water cycle:
- Catchment characterisation and base mapping
- Water quality monitoring,
- Soil moisture services,
- Surface water extension (floods, water bodies) and height monitoring,
- Support to ground water management and exploration,
- Hydro(meteo-geo)logic modelling
Outreach material and scientific publications have been produced within the TIGER initiative, as well as the freely downloadable open-source Water Observation and Information System (WOIS) software.
