Earth Observation supporting water resources management for sustainable development

At the World Water Week 2015 - Water for Development ESA and World Bank will host a seminar demonstrating the application of Earth Observation (EO) information derived from satellites supporting water authorities in developing countries. Practical showcases, building on a collaboration between the European Space Agency and World Bank, will illustrate the benefits, limitations and impact of EO information for sustainable water resource management.
